Antipode Staff Reporters
In 2012, the geography journal Antipode commissioned a group of graduate students to become staff reporters. We were tasked with submitting occasional dispatches meant to help make sense of the times, and to draw connections between scholarly debates from radical geography and issues, struggles, happenings, and conjunctures coming together in the wider world. The project didn’t last, but it was an informative early experiment in expanding the scope of academic publishing for digital platforms (something Antipode and other journals continue to pursue and refine today) in and through more public-facing writing. An archive of my contributions can be found here.
